Stop Dreaming About Winning In 2024 – Franklin Cudjoe Drops Bold Statement

It’s been less than 1 and half years since Ghanaians went to the poll. The elections gave President Akufo-Addo a second term. Already talks are going on about the next elections. The 2 major political parties are lacing their boots for the next election. For the ruling NPP they will need to field a new candidate while the biggest opposition, NDC will seek to bring back John Mahama.

Many have complained about the dwindling economic fortunes of the country. Pollsters have argued that the ruling government will find it difficult retaining power. Both the Global Info Analytics and Economic Intelligence Unit have predicted a higher chance for the NDC to win the next election. In an interview with Johnnie Hughes on TV3’s New Day today, Monday, April 25, 2022, Franklin Cudjoe called on the ruling government to stop dreaming about winning the 2024 elections if they have not solved the country’s economic problems.

Franklin called the NPP dream to break the 8 as a wish and a fanciful idea because prevailing circumstances prove otherwise. He noted that if the NPP want to retain power they need to work harder and improve the living conditions of Ghanaians.
